Features of FCL elastic coupling: good vibration absorption, which can make the movement of the driving shaft smoothly transmitted to the passive shaft. There is no axial thrust in the transmission. The structure of FCL elastic sleeve pin coupling is relatively simple, belonging to the category of elastic coupling. The elastic sleeve pin coupling relies on the locking force of the pin group to generate the friction torque on the contact surface and compress the rubber elastic sleeve to transmit the torque. It is suitable for medium and small power shafting transmission with good rigidity of mounting base, high alignment accuracy, low impact load and low requirements for vibration reduction.
