Belt pulley cone sleeve is a mechanical connection assembly mainly used for installing the shaft and belt pulley. It forms a tight connection between the pulley, cone sleeve, and shaft through the design of taper. The cone sleeve mainly includes TB cone sleeve The difference between QD cone sleeve and STB cone sleeve.

During assembly, place two screws in the two threaded holes of the pulley. As the screws are tightened in the threaded holes of the pulley, the thread action pushes the screws towards the small end of the tapered hole on the pulley. The two light holes on the conical sleeve are not completely machined through, so when the head of the screw presses against the bottom of the light holes, force is transmitted to the conical sleeve. The cone sleeve moves relative to the small end of the pulley cone hole. At this time, due to the taper, the cone sleeve continuously wraps around the shaft, which in turn acts on the cone sleeve and then on the pulley. In this way, the pulley, cone sleeve, and shaft are tightly assembled together.

When disassembling, insert a screw that has been removed from the threaded hole on the pulley into the threaded hole on the tapered sleeve. During the continuous tightening process, the screw also moves towards the small end of the pulley tapered hole. When the screw head presses against the bottom of the pulley light hole, force is transmitted to the pulley. At this point, the pulley moves relative to the cone sleeve towards the small end of the pulley cone hole. As a result, the pulley and cone sleeve detach, and the cone sleeve also loses the constraint force from the pulley cone hole, plus a bit of elasticity to restore roundness, and detaches from the shaft.

The characteristic of the pulley cone sleeve is easy installation and disassembly, and it can withstand large radial and axial forces, suitable for various transmission situations.
