Type of pin

Classification of pins
The basic forms of pins are cylindrical pins and taper pins. The cylindrical pin is fixed in the pin hole with slight interference. The common material for pins is 35 or 45 steel. The materials of safety pins are 35, 45, 50, T8A, T10A, etc. The hardness after heat treatment is 30~36HRC. The pin sleeve materials can be 45, 35SiMn, 40Cr, etc. The hardness after heat treatment is 40~50HRC.
